The Teacher User named above, and the Website Manager, FindaNet, Ltd. (owner/operator of FindaTeacher.Net /SenseiSagasu.com) agree to the following terms:

1. DURATION (Teacher decides. Limit - 2 years)

2. COMPENSATION - Website Manager agrees to provide Teacher User with full basic use of the FindaTeacher.Net web site at no charge. The Teacher User agrees to decide and adhere to fair payment terms and conditions for each lesson directly with his/her students and to collect payment directly from each student. The Teacher User also agrees not to deviate from the price s/he has listed in his/her online record.

3. ONLINE TEACHER AGREEMENT - The Teacher User has read, fully understands, and agrees to abide by the conditions set forth in the online FindaTeacher.Net Teacher's User Agreement, which can be viewed at
http://www.findateacher.net/disclaimer.html

4. PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES - The Teacher User agrees to cooperate with the Website Manager to:
(a) teach SenseiSagasu.com students in a professional manner with kindness, fairness and respect
(b) to actively maintain an accurate profile in the FindaTeacher.Net database
(c) to compensate the Website Manager or student for any financial damages caused by the Teacher User
(d) abide by the laws and regulations of the Japanese government and international copyright laws
(e) absolve the Website Manager and its clients from all legal and financial obligations which may result from his/her actions

6. VISA SPONSORSHIP - Teacher User affirms s/he is in possession of a valid visa and is in Japan legally. FindaNet, Ltd. does NOT provide visa sponsorship.

7. DISMISSAL - Website Manager may dismiss Teacher User without advanced notice for failure to maintain proper visa, professional ineptitude, moral turpitude, gross misconduct, dishonesty, violation of company policy, actions resulting in financial loss or damage to FindaNet, Ltd. or its students, OR for participation in activities jeopardizing the Website Managers reputation or business position. Teacher User understands and accepts that he/she may be immediately and permanently deleted from the FindaTeacher.Net database for breach of any of the terms of this contract.

8. GOVERNING LAW - This contract shall be governed by the laws of Japan. By my signature on this date, I agree to abide by the terms set forth in this Employment Contract.
